About Us

Hi, my name is Cindi McLaughlin. Welcome to Season of Alpacas, located conveniently off Route 93 in Historic Lockport, New York in Niagara County, just 30 miles East of Niagara Falls and 20-30 minutes from Buffalo, NY.

With the help of my husband Dave, we began Season of Alpacas in 2005. Being a smaller farm allows us to conduct the day-to-day operations and give personal care and attention to each alpaca.

The animals at Season of Alpacas come from some of the best genetic lines in the country such as Legacy Gold, Invincible, Hemingway, Nova, Dom Lucilio, Kemamori Gold, Titan's Clash and SCA Desert Sun which enables us to continue breeding quality into our herd.

The entire Huacaya herd is BVD negative and ARI registered.

Our alpacas consist of several colors including black, gray, white, rich browns, and fawns. The end product of the alpaca fleece comes in a multitude of products such as yarn, clothing, felt, rovings, and unique gift items.
